1. The Contract

1.1 These Terms apply to the purchase of any consultation services via our website.

1.2 By clicking "Book Now" or "Pay," you enter into a legally binding contract with us.

1.3 We reserve the right to decline any booking for any reason, in which case a full refund will be issued immediately.

2. Fees and VAT

2.1 All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

2.2 Prices shown are inclusive of VAT (if applicable). We do not use "drip pricing"; the price you see at checkout is the final price.

2.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking via our secure payment processor.

3. Your Right to Cancel (The "Cooling-Off" Period)

3.1 Statutory Right: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of the booking date without giving any reason.

3.2 Express Request for Early Start: If you book a consultation to take place within this 14-day cancellation period, you expressly request that the services begin before the end of the cancellation period.

3.3 Loss of Cancellation Right: You acknowledge that if the consultation is fully performed within the 14-day period, you lose your right to cancel and will not be entitled to a refund. If you cancel after we have started the service but before it is finished, you must pay for the services provided up until the time you cancel.

4. Rescheduling and Standard Cancellations

4.1 Outside of the 14-day statutory window, if you wish to reschedule, you must provide at least [48] hours' notice.

4.2 Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice ("No-Show") will result in the forfeiture of the full fee.

5. Quality of Service (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

5.1 We warrant that the services will be provided with reasonable care and skill.

5.2 If the service does not meet this standard, you have the right to ask us to repeat the service or, if that is not possible, to receive a price reduction/refund.

5.3 Disclaimer: Consultations are advisory. While we use professional expertise, we do not guarantee specific commercial or personal outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 We remain the owner of all intellectual property rights in any materials, PDFs, or recordings provided to you.

6.2 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own personal or internal business use only. You may not share or resell them.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

7.2 Subject to 7.1, our total liability to you for any loss shall be limited to the amount you paid for the services.

8. Data Protection

8.1 We will process your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

8.2 We will only use your contact details to deliver the service and, if you have opted in, to send you marketing updates.

9. Complaints and Governing Law

9.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
